The CompanyOver 20 years of service for die-casting machines
Over 30 years of experience „It all started with the service and service will always be out primary goal.“said Heribert Höhr, who has founded the ccompany in 1986. Because of the consequent development of the company with its own manufacturing, electric- and hydraulic department, Druckguss Service Deutschland GmbH has 70 employees and is built like a manufacturer of die-casting machines.
With 5500 m² of shopfloor, we have a lot of space for all sizes of pressure die-casting machines. Tie-bars can be manufactured up to a length of 14.000 mm and work on platen can be done up to a size of 4.500 mm x 1.100 mm. All necessary welding technologies for tie-bar repairs are available. From a “little” hot-chamber machine to a “big” cold-chamber machine we are able to say that we know the machine.
Plain-talking:
The smallest was a 5 ton and the biggest machine was a 4000 ton machine.
Several innovations and inventions in die-casting technologies were brought up by us. We would like to emphasize the controlled shot. It can be retrofitted on every die-casting machine and has stood the test of practice.
